This listing is for a set of TWO 13 x19 posters of my original gouache and acrylic paintings - one cow and one pig, I *extensively* researched retails cuts of beef and pork to fully flesh out what primal cut part of the cow they come from. The result is a both a highly accurate and informative diagram, as well as a bold and colorful piece of art. I've even had culinary students buy this piece to study.

Prints measure 13 x 19 inches, which is a standard frame size. The reproduction is of very high quality; many mistake it for an original since you can see much of the original paint texture.
