Just soak a sugar cube with bitters, add to glass of bubbly, along with a twist of lemon and you have the Classic Champagne Cocktail, originating from the 1860s! The sugar and bitters round out the flavor, particularly helpful if you're working with a less than perfect bottle of bubbly. Super classic and sophisticated.
