Tart and refreshing, the Hemingway Daiquiri takes the best that Cuba has to offer -- rum and limes, and adds in a dash of grapefruit juice and maraschino liqueur. This special daiquiri variant was a favorite of legendary author Ernest Hemingway, who was said to have easily tossed back six in one sitting at his favorite Havana haunt, La Florida Bar. In honor of ole' "Papa" Hemingway, the cocktail diagram mimics his well-known facial hair.
