This is a pretty awesome print of an original watercolor painting of one of the tastiest products of colonialism in history - the Banh Mi. This sandwich marries spicy, tangy Vietnamese flavors with an airy baguette. Grilled pork, meaty pate, tangy pickled carrots and daikon, fresh cucumber, spicy jalapeno, creamy mayo, and the umami blast of maggi seasoning.

Print measures 8.5 x 11, and is printed with archival pigment inks on archival velvet fine art paper. The paper is slightly textured, like watercolor paper.
